Obv: IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG, Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust facing right.

Rev: PMS COL VIM (AN IIII in ex.), Moesia standing between bull and lion.

Dark toning.

The Bull and Lion were the emblems of the VII and IV legions that were stationed in Moesia. The colony of Viminacium was founded in 238/9 AD, and this coin was issued in its fourth year (AN IIII).
